➤ 50% downpayment is required to begin your project.

➤ 40% is due a week before delivery.

➤ The remaining 10% is due upon installation.

    • Although My-Shed does offer limited financing, many homeowners take advantage of Home Equity Lines of Credit.

    • The minimum payment required is only interest

    • You can borrow from, repay, and borrow from your HELOC again without new loan applications

    • Speak with your bank about a HELOC to make your shed a reality

    • Good to know: Business owners may be able to write off their shed if it is used as a home office or for other business purposes. Be sure to consult with your business accountant for more details.

    • My-Shed Inc. offers financing for up to 50% of your total shed purchase. A 50% down payment is required to start your project, with the remaining balance available for financing over a period of up to 5 years.

Delivery charges will vary depending on your location and the size of crane needed.

YOUR WARRANTY


Remember what we said about “superior materials” and “exceptional structure”?We mean it. When we put our names on a shed, it's because we are confident it will last. 

My-Shed abides by the Alberta New Home Buyer Protection Act. 

Here’s what your warranty takes care of:


➤  1 year for labour and materials.

Covers any deficiencies in the materials and labour associated with the construction of your shed. This coverage extends to: flooring, staircases, baseboards, cabinets, railings, and other decorative elements and fixtures.

➤  2 years for delivery and distribution systems.

This covers delivery systems for electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. 

➤  5 years for building envelope.

This covers the shell of the shed, the roof, and the walls.

➤  10 years for major structural components.

This covers the foundation, the frame, and the roof’s structural integrity.
